Yoga with Koehna

Join us for yoga every Monday morning, starting January 13th, at 10am!
This class is designed to improve balance and strength through traditional and non. traditional yoga poses. No prior yoga experience is required. Multiple modifications are offered during class to make it beneficial for students of all skill and fitness levels.
First Class is FREE!

Koehna Fox has been practicing yoga for five years and is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She completed her yoga teacher training at Om Shanti Yoga in Burlington under the instruction of Cricket Foster. She is a current senior at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, studying Kinesiology, with plans to pursue physical therapy and research. Koehna loves yoga, hot tea, and has a true passion for helping people be happier and healthier. She looks forward to seeing you all on your mats!
